Karishma Mishra, the founder of MishrIndia Company, is not a corporate veteran or a tech mogul. She is a homemaker — a woman who spent years nurturing her family, raising her children, and managing her household with grace and determination. With no prior experience in business, she dared to step into the unknown, driven purely by purpose.

Inspired deeply by the Naari Shakti movement and the Aatmnirbhar Bharat vision led by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Karishma realized that empowerment doesn’t always start in boardrooms — it often begins at home. That realization gave birth to MishrIndia Co. — an e-commerce platform built to empower women, create livelihood opportunities, and contribute to the Digital India campaign.
